Registered Nurse-Home Health
Responsible for providing direct patient care and professional nursing services in patient's home. Responsible for providing and managing quality patient care for assigned case load. Qualifications include: Associate Degree in Nursing, Registered Nurse in good standing in the State of Wisconsin, Current CPR certification, and one year of professional nursing experience. Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and prior Home Health Nursing Experience.

• Full-time, Days, 32 hours/week, 64 hours bi-weekly, every third weekend, work or on-call.
• Occasional Hours as needed.

Occupational Therapist
This position is responsible for the full range of occupational therapy treatments and tasks which includes organizing and conducting medically prescribed Occupational therapy services to restore function, maximizing an individual's independence and prevent or minimize the effects of a disability, injury, or illness.  Qualifications include completion of an approved Occupational Therapy program; Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin or eligible for Licensing and one year Occupational Therapist experience.  Prefer hand rehab experience.

• Occasional Hours.

Exercise Physiologist – Cardiac Rehab
This position is responsible for supervising, monitoring and providing a safe exercise environment for Phase II/III Cardiac, PEDAL, and Primary Prevention rehabilitation patients. Qualifications include BS degree in exercise science or related field and current CPR certification.  ACLS certification highly recommended.  Prefer: Master’s degree in exercise physiology, one year Rehab experience (Phase I, II & III), and ACSM certification for Certified Exercise Specialist or Clinical Exercise Physiologist.

• Occasional/Temporary, Mon., Wed., Fri. 7am – 5pm and Tue., Thur. 7am – 12noon, No Weekends or Holiday

Coding Specialist
This position is responsible for assigning diagnosis and procedure codes using the ICD-9-CM and CPT coding classification systems and assignment of diagnosis related groups (DRG's) as required for all patient types, to facilitate reimbursement by third party payers. Position requires one year experience of hospital inpatient or outpatient coding and high school graduate or equivalent. Prefer graduate of health information administration, health information technician program, or coding specialist program with satisfactory completion of coursework in: medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, coding (ICD-9-CM, CPT-4, HCPCS, DRGs, APCs). Prefer RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC certification.

• Occasional hours as needed, Days or PMs, Day hours available (Mon, Wed, or Fri), PM hours available (Mon, Tue, Wed or Thur), weekends not required, but will consider if desired by candidate.
