Public Flu Clinic November 21, 2008

Flu Season is just around the corner....

What's Your Flu IQ?

You may know that annual flu shots are especially important for
those who are considered at high risk for flu-related
complications - which can be serious or even fatal. And you
may know that shots are also encouraged for adults ages 50
and older or anyone with chronic health problems.

But did you know the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
also advises vaccinations for children, who are very susceptible to
the flu virus? Flu shots are now recommended for children ages
6 months to 18 years.
