Our mission is simple: partnering with you, we provide local access to high-quality, cost-effective health screening, as well as injury and illness prevention, treatment and management. We promote early return to work as quickly and safely as possible following injury or illness. Stoughton Hospital has access to qualified specialists as needed to provide Occupational Health Services.

• Employment exams – post-offer, DOT medical, fitness for duty or return to work
• Drug screenings – urine drug collection and breath alcohol testing services, 24/7
• Illness and injury management and specialist referrals as needed, 24/7
• Respirator medical evaluations and fit-testing
• Worksite health promotion programs – health screenings, vaccinations and education
• Rehabilitation services and ergonomic assessments
• Significant exposure evaluations and management
• Hearing exams (in cooperation with Dean Health Systems)
• Hazardous materials medical surveillance, independent medical exams, disability determinations and work hardening (in cooperation with Dean Occupational Health Services)
