When you or someone you know needs temporary assistance along with 24-hour supervision and/or nursing care, Stoughton Hospital’s Supportive Care offers a convenient, personalized program. The services provided are based on individual needs and preferences, and include the following:

• Room and board
• Nutritious meals and snacks
• Nursing care
• 24-hour access to emergency medical care

To ensure a safe environment and positive experience for all our guests, each Supportive Care guest/family member is interviewed prior to admission to determine appropriateness for admission and to determine support services needed.

The Supportive Care Program is open seven days per week, 24 hours per day. However, admission to this private pay program may be affected by bed availability. We prefer admissions to be planned 72 hours in advance, but will make every attempt to accommodate short-notice admissions as well.
